Power Sonic started as an entity in 2006 delivering PAT testing initially in the Yorkshire region. It didn't take long for us to expand our range and by the end of 2006 was active in portable appliance testing all over the UK. We have grown as a business year on year increasing our PAT testing client base.
We believe in a fair and sensible PAT testing service and pricing structure, each location has its individual quirks for PAT Testing. We try to be as flexible as we can to accommodate various portable appliance testing scenarios!
We are based in the beautiful market town of Driffield in the Yorkshire Wolds.
We are a family run business committed to delivering a transparent and honest PAT testing service. We believe we carry out an excellent service based on our setup being small enough to care but big enough to cope.
Our office staff are on hand to offer helpful advice and information on carrying out your PAT Testing. These are not sales people on the end of the phone, real current PAT testing engineers! They will be able to give up front advice on suggested periods of PAT testing and an accurate price for you to consider if required. We are more than happy to provide written PAT testing quotes, in fact we prefer it. Have a click across to our Contact page, fill in the quick form and we will get back to you within 1 business hour via email. No marketing calls or junk emails guaranteed!
We hold full insurance and use fully calibrated market leading PAT testing equipment.
We use printed labels at all times with clear markings to display item asset numbers, engineer details and dates of testing.
We understand PAT Testing is not always convenient during standard working hours. As such, to further reduce operational disruption to your business activities we can work at any time of day of night at no extra cost.
Further more we are able to carry out free minor repairs at the time of PAT testing. This reduces equipment down time along with any associated repair costs otherwise incurred. These repairs are anything from replacing a fuse in a plug to the whole plug itself.
